Admission Process

Children are generally admitted only at the beginning of the session in the month of March-April. Admissions are considered in age-appropriate classes as per NEP 2020, subject to available vacancies in the class. A student is considered for admission after successfully passing an entrance test for essential class subjects and an interview with the admission committee/Principal.

Boarding School

Hostel facility at Ved Dhara Global School is currently available only for boys of Class VI and above. Registrations for admission to the boarding facility for session 2025-26 are open now.

Procedure for Admission:

  • 1. Registration for Admission: Complete the application form.
  • 2. Academic Performance: Submit the previous year’s academic report card. An entrance examination will assess the student's academic abilities.
  • 3. Interview and Interaction: A personal interview will follow the entrance exam.
  • 4. Previous School Records: Letters of recommendation from the previous school are required.
  • 5. Medical Fitness: Submit a medical examination certificate to ensure fitness for a residential environment.
  • 6. Syllabus for Entrance Test: Based on basic concepts from NCERT books of the previous class.

  • 3. School Leaving Certificate from the previous school
  • 4. Report card of the previous class
  • 5. Postcard size photograph with parents
  • 6. Medical certificate
  • 7. Aadhar card of the candidate and parents
  • 8. Character certificate from the previous school
